We're working with a friendly primary school in Colchester that's looking for a Learning Support Assistant to join their welcoming team. It's the kind of school where smiles are genuine, teamwork is everything, and no two days are ever the same.

What you'll be doing

Every day is different, but you can expect to:

• Support children in the classroom, both one-to-one and in small groups.
• Help pupils build confidence, independence, and a love of learning.
• Work alongside fantastic teachers to create engaging lessons and positive experiences.
• Celebrate the little wins, because they're often the biggest moments.
• Be a calm, encouraging presence when children need it most.

We'd love to hear from you if you:

• Have experience working with children, in schools or other settings.
• Are kind, reliable, and full of encouragement.
• Can think on your feet and adapt when the day takes an unexpected turn.
• Believe every child deserves the chance to shine.
• Have SEND experience, that's a bonus, but not essential.
