Learning Support Assistant (LSA)

We're seeking an enthusiastic and caring Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join a welcoming and supportive primary school in Bristol. 

What your day might look like

• Providing 1:1 support and leading small group activities
• Supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
• Assisting the teacher in delivering engaging and structured lessons
• Monitoring and reporting pupil progress
• Helping create a positive and inclusive classroom environment 

What we're looking for

• Previous experience working as an LSA or Teaching assistant 
• A genuine passion for supporting children, ensuring they feel included and valued
• Ability to build trust quickly with pupils and staff
• A patient, positive and proactive approach
• Strong communication skills

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
