Protocol Education is working in partnership with a welcoming and supportive primary school in Westminster, who are looking for a Learning Support Assistant to join their team.

This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who enjoys working closely with children and wants to make a real difference in their learning journey.

About the Role
As a Learning Support Assistant, you’ll work alongside the class teacher to support pupils across the classroom, helping to create a positive and engaging environment where every child feels included and able to thrive.

Your day-to-day will involve supporting small group activities, working one-to-one with pupils who need a little extra help, and helping to keep the classroom running smoothly. You’ll play a key role in building confidence, encouraging participation and celebrating those all-important small wins.

You’ll be part of a friendly, collaborative team who genuinely care about making school a positive experience for every child.

What We’re Looking For
• Experience working with children in a school or similar setting
• A positive, patient and proactive attitude
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Confidence supporting learning activities and classroom routines
• A genuine passion for helping children learn and grow
• Commitment to safeguarding and inclusive education

This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday during school hours, and term-time only, giving you a great work-life balance.
