The Role

We’re working with a supportive primary school in Grays, Essex looking for a dedicated Primary Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join their team full-time.

You could be:

• Providing 1:1 support for a pupil with Autism, ADHD, SEMH or additional learning needs

• Supporting children within a specialist provision unit inside the school

• Delivering small group interventions in phonics, reading, or numeracy

• Helping pupils regulate emotions and build confidence

• Working closely with the class teacher, SENCO and wider pastoral team

This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone with experience as a:

Teaching Assistant, SEN Teaching Assistant, Primary TA, Behaviour Mentor, Support Worker, Youth Worker, Care Assistant, or Psychology Graduate looking to build school-based experience.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience working with children, ideally within a primary or SEND setting

• A calm, nurturing and resilient approach

• Confidence supporting children with additional needs

• Strong communication skills and a team-player mindset

• Full-time availability, Monday to Friday

Qualifications in Childcare, Education, Psychology or Health & Social Care are great, but passion and attitude matter just as much.
