The Role

As a Learning Support Assistant you will:

• Provide 1:1 and small group support for students with additional learning needs

• Assist in adapting class materials to improve accessibility

• Support students in maintaining focus, engagement and positive behaviour

• Help deliver targeted intervention sessions in literacy or numeracy

• Work collaboratively with class teachers and the SENCO to monitor progress

• Build positive relationships that promote confidence and independence

You will work across subjects and year groups, supporting both academic and social development.
