Learning Support Assistant

Protocol Education's Secondary division are currently recruiting for Learning Support Assistants. We are seeking to appoint suitably qualified, enthusiastic and experienced individuals to join a Special Educational Needs and Disabilities Department to work with children with a wide range of special needs including learning difficulties, autistic spectrum disorders, visual impairment and behavioural and emotional difficulties at a school in the Waltham Forest area. Intimate care will be required

We are looking for a strong communicator with proven strengths in engaging with, inspiring, and motivating, not just the school community, but the wider community. Candidates will need to be educated to GCSE level with English and Maths at Grade C or above, you will have recent and relevant experience and have a current DBS or be willing to complete a new one.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
