Protocol Education are currently working with several schools in the London borough of Newham who are looking to add to their teams for January.

As a learning support assistant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the best outcomes for the students in your care. Working closely with the class teacher, you will create a stimulating work environment that inspires your students to be the best they can be.

Your role will be varied and on a day-to-day basis you can expect to be working on a 1:1 basis with children with SEND, running small intervention groups and helping the class more widely.

These roles are 5 days a week and term-time only.

Prior experience working in a classroom is highly beneficial for these roles however candidates who have worked in other childcare settings will also be considered.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
