SEN Teaching Assistant

Location: Reading

Hours: 8.45 - 3.45pm

Start date: January 2023

Have you got SEMH or ASD experience?

Do you live local to Reading or able to commute to this location?

Do you enjoy working with children and young people with complex needs and learning disabilities?

We are currently working with a lovely secondary school that educates students in KS3 - KS4 with SEND. The needs these students have are SEMH and autism so ideally we are looking for someone who has experience within these needs as some classes can be challenging. The classes are small and may have around 8-10 students in them and you will get support from the senior leadership team, the class teacher and other TA's.

This secondary school is very nice, bright and modern with a big outdoor area for the children to play in. Everyone has lunch break at the same time so you will build strong working relationships with your team which is perfect for a long-term role. You will be placed in a class that you work well with and have the transferable skills to be in. The start time is 8.45 and end time is 3.45pm which free onsite parking.

If you are looking for a new long-term role from January 2023 then please apply today. Successful candidates will be contacted in 3 working days.
