I am currently looking for Learning Support Assistants to work in one of our partner schools based in Croxley, Hertfordshire (near to Watford and Rickmansworth).

This large school can offer a warm, friendly and vibrant environment to work in, as well as very happy, polite and motivated pupils with an extremely positive attitude.

The school is located in Croxley Green, Hertfordshire. The area has very regular and reliable bus service links, and the school can provide parking if you prefer to drive.

They are looking for somebody who is positive, caring and enthusiastic who can support small groups of pupils across KS2, as well as leading some small group and intervention work.

 

 

The position will be starting as soon as possible, full time, and continuing until July 2023 in the first instance. They can offer the opportunity to go permanent with them, if you get on successfully.

They are looking for somebody who can:

• Work flexibly as a part of a team

• Build positive relationships and set boundaries to support learning

• Run Intervention and small group work for small amounts of pupils at a time

• Be kind and work with a therapeutic approach

Desirable, but not essential:

• Experience with challenging behaviour

• Read Write Inc Phonics Experience

• Experience with Interventions and Small Group Work

• Strong skills in Maths and English
