We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Graduate Learning Support Assistant to join our team of industry leading professionals.

The post holder will contribute to planning and providing a safe, supportive and stimulating environment for each student attending the school.
Under the guidance of the SENCO and within the overall ethos of the school, you will deliver a high standard of development and care for children who attend, and support the learning of individual pupils.
T
he successful applicant will have:
• Experience and/or qualifications in working with children with English as an Additional Language or special needs would be desirable but not essential
• The ability to support our students in their mainstream lessons as well as in smaller group interventions
• A friendly and approachable manner
• Be able to work using their own initiative and demonstrate effective behaviour management skills

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
