Job description
Cover Supervisors and Learning Support Assistants Needed

Are you looking for flexible and fulfilling work close to home?

We are currently recruiting Cover Supervisors and Learning Support Assistants to work Flexible daily/short term as well as the opportunity for long term roles, within some of our fantastic Secondary schools and academies in and around the Hounslow, Slough and Hillingdon area.

You will have great subject knowledge and a passion for education. Ideally we are looking for people with at least 6-12 months of experience working with children or young people in a classroom setting within the UK.

When undertaking the role of Cover Supervisor you must be able to demonstrate experience managing large groups and be confident with behaviour management as well as be flexible and happy to cover a range of classes in various subjects. Learning Support Assistants need to show a willingness to make an impact and ensure the delivery of high quality learning experiences by supporting children either on a 1:1 basis or in a group, therefore proven experience supporting in a classroom and having high levels of education, especially in the core subjects to ensure pupil attainment.
