We’re working with a warm, community-focused primary school in BS16 where children are encouraged to aim high, feel proud of who they are, and support one another along the way. They’re now looking for a brilliant Learning Partner to join their team.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll be right at the heart of school life, supporting pupils to build confidence, independence, and a real love of learning.

• Supporting learning across different year groups
• Working 1:1 and with small groups to bring lessons to life
• Helping pupils stay engaged, motivated, and proud of their progress
• Building strong, positive relationships based on trust and respect
• Encouraging good routines, behaviour, and a sense of belonging
• Sharing progress and insights with teachers and the wider team

All pay rates quoted include 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This is a temporary position, with the potential to become permanent.
