Job description
Are you an empathetic, conscientious and patient individual looking for a new challenge? Do you have experience working with young people in a residential or education setting?

If you are a learning mentor or support worker or teaching assistant with experience working with young adults or pupils with autism then we would like to hear from you.

Protocol Education are currently recruiting for support workers to work within an energetic and fast pace trust. The specialist person is set to support pupils with autism and other learning needs, that are unable to attend mainstream schools.

The role will require you to work alongside KS3 and KS4 supporting teaching and learning and help the pupils to overcome barriers to learning by providing additional support.

We are looking for people who are consistent, hardworking and can build excellent relationships with young people to help with their development.

We can offer our staff the opportunity to gain a further understanding of working in the SEND sector as we provide regular courses that prepare you for working with a variety of additional training courses.
