Job description
Protocol Education are working with a special needs school for young people aged 9-19. Many students have additional needs such as mild to moderate ASD, language impairment, emotional issues and challenging behaviour. This school is looking for someone who can help and assist with students in and outside of the classroom. This is a full-time role, 5 days a week term time only.

This is a perfect role for anyone looking to get into education as a career. If you are resilient, passionate and up for a challenge then this is the role for you.

This school is based in Guildford and is easily accessible, there is plenty of parking on site. As part of their team, you will be responsible for the progress and wellbeing of the pupil.

The school are looking for individuals that are:

- Confident with the SEN code of practice
- Passionate about working in education
- Patient and calm
- Able to adapt and adjust to work in a challenging setting
- Committed to implementing the schools ethos and values
- Minimum 1 years of experience working with autism and challenging behaviour
- Have a driving license and access to a car
