A well known SEND school in Hillingdon is recruiting Learning Mentors to join their team on a long term basis with potential of joining their team permanently as there are plans for further expansion.

 

You will be working with students of all ages with additional needs including challenging behaviour, autism, adhd and emotional needs. The school are looking for a teaching assistants to work 1:1 with students as well as small group so it is vital that you are able to adapt at short notice.

 

Prior experience working with students with special educational needs and/or challenging behaviour within an educational setting is desirable however it is not essential as coaching, mentoring and support work is transferable for this role.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
