A welcoming and inclusive school in Shrewsbury is seeking a dedicated Learning & Behaviour Support Assistant to join its specialist SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health) Hub. This rewarding role involves supporting children with complex learning, communication, and emotional needs, ensuring they can access a personalised curriculum in a safe, structured, and nurturing environment.
The successful candidate will be passionate about supporting vulnerable learners, able to build positive relationships, and committed to helping children overcome barriers to learning. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with experience in SEND, SEMH, behaviour support, youth work, or those looking to develop a long-term career within education.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
