Job description
Protocol Education are currently seeking a KS3 Science Teacher to work in a Secondary School in Darlington.

The School - The Science department is the Hub of excitement within the student base, being a contributor to a small team is pivotal to the development of the students starting their journey to their future. The students are at the heart of all they do, they are making positive steps to increase the standards of education provided in the area.

The Candidate - Ideally, we are looking for a quick thinking, creative and exciting Science Teacher who can cover all elements of the Scientific spectrum. The key to excelling in this role is all in your delivery. We are seeking someone who can come up with intuitive ways to educate students in KS3 and KS4.

If you are a strong believer in motivating and educating students to bring out the best in their ability and education, we want to hear from you.

At Protocol Education we want to work with the individuals that shape the future generations in the most positive way. You will demonstrate this by having the following qualities;

• A Personable, friendly, caring but professional manor
• Excellent communication skills
• Be able to think outside the box
• Be motivated by the education of young students
• Have experience teaching Science at KS3 and/or KS4 level.
• Be educated to a Degree standard in Science or a related subject.
• Be able to demonstrate a good understanding of ICT systems (SIMS)
• A basic understanding of Interactive Whiteboards

The role will be a full-time role Monday to Friday. The expected duration is a minimum of a full term.
