Job description
Protocol Education are currently seeking an experienced English Teacher to work with one of our Mainstream Secondary Schools in Middlesbrough.

The School - A large scale Secondary School with a diverse student base based in Middlesbrough. The school has an excellent support network and is proactively seeking methods to improve the learning experience of every student.

The Candidate - Ideally, we are looking for a motivated experienced English Teacher to work in partnership with the Head of Department to provide the setting with an above standard learning experience for their students. You will be fast thinking, creative and able to manage your workload effectively to deliver on the standards outlined by the School.

If you are a strong believer in motivating and educating students to bring out the best in their ability and education, we want to hear from you.

• A Personable, friendly, caring but professional manor
• Excellent communication skills
• Be Energetic, Motivated and Flexible on times and/or location
• Be motivated by the education of young students
• Have experience teaching English at KS3 and KS4 level.
• Be educated to a Degree standard in English.
• Be able to demonstrate a good understanding of ICT systems (SIMS)
• A basic understanding of Interactive Whiteboards
