This role is perfect if you enjoy working with older primary pupils and helping them grow in confidence as they prepare for the next stage of their learning.

This BS13 primary school is looking for a KS2 Teaching Assistant to support learning across Key Stage 2. The school is well-run, friendly, and proud of its strong sense of community. Staff describe it as a place where teamwork comes naturally and support is always there when you need it.

You’ll be working alongside experienced teachers, supporting lessons, helping with interventions, and building positive relationships with pupils who benefit from that extra bit of encouragement.

You’ll be involved in:

  • In-class support across KS2

  • Small group and intervention work

  • Supporting pupils with focus, confidence, and organisation

  • Helping create a positive, calm classroom environment

This role suits someone proactive, reliable, and confident working with KS2 children in a supportive, structured setting.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
