Protocol are working alongside a good primary school in Southend , who is recruiting a KS2 teacher to cover a full time vacancy for three terms, from September 2016.
You need be able to demonstrate an ability to work effectively as part of a team and a willingness to contribute fully to the wider life of the school. The school have high expectations of its pupils in all areas, and will need you to reinforce this ethos.
Suitable candidates will have experience with KS2 .
A genuine passion for education
The ability to work with a range of abilities and age groups, in varied classroom environments and sometimes with children with specific needs.
Be able to build strong relationships with pupils and staff, whilst still maintaining professional boundaries and be proactive, friendly, outgoing and taking the initiative at all times.
All primary teachers applying for this role must have recent teaching experience, and newly qualified teachers are also welcome to apply. All applicants must have an Enhanced Disclosure via the DBS or be willing to undertake one
