Protocol Education is working in partnership with a welcoming primary school in the CO4 area to recruit a qualified Year 3 Teacher for a supply role starting in September. This is a great opportunity for a flexible, confident teacher who enjoys making an immediate impact in the classroom.

The Role

• Deliver engaging and effective lessons to a Year 3 class, in line with the national curriculum
• Create a positive, well‑managed learning environment
• Support pupil progress and maintain continuity of learning
• Adapt quickly to different school settings and work collaboratively with staff

The Ideal Candidate

• Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience teaching in KS2, ideally Year 3
• Confident, adaptable, and classroom‑ready
• Strong behaviour management and communication skills
