We are working with a well-regarded two-form entry primary school in Chelmsford that is seeking a committed and enthusiastic KS2 Teacher to join their team on a part-time, job share basis.

The Role:

• Teaching a KS2 class as part of a job share arrangement
• Planning and delivering engaging, high-quality lessons alongside your job share partner
• Working collaboratively with year group colleagues in a two-form entry setting
• Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports all learners
• Monitoring and assessing pupil progress to ensure strong outcomes

We are looking for someone who:

• Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Has experience teaching in Key Stage 2
• Works well as part of a team and communicates effectively in a job share role
• Is passionate about delivering engaging lessons and supporting pupil progress
• Is looking for a part-time, flexible teaching opportunity
