Protocol Education are seeking an exceptional classroom practitioner to lead our Key Stage 2 team at a Primary school in Watford from September 2026.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced teacher who is ready to take the next step in their leadership journey.

The successful candidate will:

  • Lead and support teaching and learning across KS2.
  • Drive high standards of attainment and progress.
  • Coach and develop colleagues to improve practice.
  • Model outstanding teaching within their own classroom.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has successful experience teaching in KS2.
  • Demonstrates strong leadership potential or experience.
  • Is committed to inclusion and high expectations for all pupils.
  • Works collaboratively and positively with colleagues and parents.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
