Job description
Protocol Education are currently recruiting for Learning Mentors and Behavioural Specialists in Watford and surrounding areas in Hertfordshire.

We are looking for Learning Mentors who are resilient, confident and can be a positive role model for primary aged children. You must be able to inspire students to succeed despite their barriers to learning. You must have a patient and positive outlook and the willingness to adapt to different situations. Opportunities within KS1 and KS2 are available.

We are looking for:
• EAL skills and experience
• Behaviour management skills
• Experience with ASD, SpLD or Dyslexia
• SATSand exam booster experience
• One-to-one or small group tuition experience

Applications are also welcome from Graduates in Maths, Science or English (other subjects may be considered) who wish to gain in-school experience prior to undertaking teacher training for the role of a Learning Mentor.

Positions are available in the Watford/Hertfordshire area and include Part/Full time Roles; term time only and can run from Half a term up to the whole academic year.
