Job description
This forward thinking and innovative school are seeking a hard-working and imaginative Learning Support Assistant to deliver Interventions to small groups of students and individuals.

The school offers excellent specialist spaces for interventions to be delivered and a Leadership team who respect work/life balance. They feel their staffs personal development is just as important as their students education therefore offer excellent CPD, coaching and training to support you with your ambitions.

They ensure the learning environment for their students is both fun and effective, because of this the students behaviour is excellent and staff morale is high!

The role will involve working with small groups and individuals focusing on core subjects, you will work alongside the class teachers mainly with students in Year 1 and Year 2.

You must have;

• Excellent knowledge of the Key Stage 1 Curriculum and Year 2 SATs
• Consistently high expectations of all pupils
• Outstanding team work
• A commitment to continuous professional development
• Positive relationships with children, parents, colleagues
• Creative and flexible approaches to teaching
• Excellent behaviour management
• A high regard for inclusion and equality
• The ability to make a positive contribution to the school as a whole
