Job description
Key Stage 1 Teacher

Protocol Education are currently recruiting on behalf of schools across Essex for a Qualified Key Stage 1 Teacher who would be available from January 2019 until July 2019.

This is a daily supply opportunity and could lead to a permanent opportunity. Experience working with children within EYFS is required. If you are a vibrant KS1 teacher looking for inclusive and forward thinking schools then this could be a great opportunity for you.

About the Role
* Key Stage 1 Teacher
* Part Time/ Full Time
* 5 days a week (Monday - Friday)
* £130-£160 a day (Dependent on Experience)
* Cover work within the KS1 curriculum provided
* January Start (for 2 terms)

In order to be considered for Key Stage 1 Teacher role you will need to meet the following criteria:
* Qualified Teacher Status
* Bachelor of Education / PGCE / or equivalent teaching degree
* Eligible to work in the UK (must have valid visa)
* Recent classroom-based references and valid DBS/police checks on update service or willing to take one
* Experience of teaching the lower year primary years

We undertake safeguarding checks on all our workers in accordance with the DfE statutory guidance Keeping Children Safe in Education'. As part of these checks, we require a current Enhanced DBS Disclosure for everyone working in schools.
If you do not have a valid subscription to the DBS Update Service, we will require you to complete a new DBS application as part of the registration process, at a cost of £44.00.
