Job description
Leader of Learning KS1 or Lower KS2 Phase Leader - Walthamstow

Are you looking for an opportunity to develop your management and teaching skills in a successful and supportive primary school?
My client is an expanding primary school that has exciting leadership opportunities to offer. They are now seeking to appoint an ambitious, excellent teacher who will be a strong model for teaching and learning and lead a Phase - either Key Stage 1 or Lower Key Stage 2 and an aspect of the curriculum (currently Phonics / Science). They wish to appoint someone with proven success in raising standards, a desire to develop their leadership skills and a commitment to developing children's love of learning through a creative curriculum.

The successful candidate will:
• Have a track record of and commitment to raising standards
• Be enthusiastic and flexible
• Be creative and use initiative
• Be able to lead a team and motivate colleagues to achieve high standards
