Job description
Protocol Education are currently look to recruit a KS1 LSA who is able to cover classes across the Key Stage.

Must have strong knowledge and Phonics, carry a passion to develop children's learning.

Do you have experience working with children with special educational needs or in a classroom setting? Whether this experience is in the mainstream classroom, special school or another setting, Protocol Education would love to hear from you.

We are currently seeking a Teaching Assistant to support pupils across EYFS, KS1 and KS2. You should also have experience of working within a primary setting and a teaching assistant qualification. Any previous experience with needs such as autism, global delay and speech & language difficulties will be beneficial.

The successful candidate will be positive, calm and understanding. You may be working with a specific child on a 1:1 basis or potentially a small group of pupils. You will be organised, pro-active and able to use your own initiative. This can be a challenging role at times, but it is also extremely rewarding.
