Job description

Protocol Education are looking for inventive KS1 Teachers to join an outstanding one form entry Infant School the London Borough of Bromley. This progressive primary school can offer excellent opportunities for career development and the chance to work with a close-knit positive team.

For this post you should be an energetic KS1 Teacher who possesses high standards for yourself and others. You should possess a natural approach to inspiring young learners and the skills to teach fun, constructive lessons. This post requires a KS1 Teacher who has the skills to demonstrate the ability to truly get the best from their pupils be adhering to the highest of standards and expectations at all times. The school wants to meet a KS1 Teacher who has an understanding of best way to effectively communicate with teachers, parents, and staff as well as the organisational ability to plan and prepare effectively.

In this KS1 Teacher position you will be joining one of the school's KS1 classes depending on your preference/area of expertise and you will be enrolling in one the school's well-rounded CPD schemes. You will be able to work with excellent resources and facilities including an outdoor learning environment for every year group. This KS1 Teacher role requires an inclusive approach which will always be at the forefront of the department's teaching.

To be considered for this KS1 primary teaching role you must have:
• Qualified Teacher Status
• Experience working with children in Key Stage 1
• Strong classroom management skills
• A flexible and adaptable approach to work
• Innovative and resourceful teaching method

The school has a strong community ethos where every child is valued; they are a small hard working team committed to educational excellence. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading Mathematics across the school ensuring every child reaches their full potential.
