Protocol are currently working with schools across the London borough of Newham who are looking for inspiring Teaching Assistants to work with their students to get them back to their usual self as quickly as possible.

Whether you are an aspiring Educational Psychologist or Primary Teacher, our Primary schools have the tools to support you in your professional development as you gain a years' experience as a Primary Teaching Assistant in an exceptional school setting within the inclusion team.

You will be working with students with a range of different SEND including ADHD, Autism & SEMH.

Your role will be extremely varied, and you will be expected to support several pupils with their social, emotional and educational needs.

The successful candidate will be genuinely passionate about a career in education and making a positive impact to student's life.
