A lovely 3 form entry primary school located in Crouch End is seeking a Key Stage 2 Class Teacher for a September start.

This position is open to NQT's and experienced teachers who are passionate about teaching and have an excellent knowledge of the Key Stage 2 curriculum.

This is a friendly school based in the heart of Crouch End, Haringey. The school was graded 'good' in their OFSTED inspection this year, with it being praised for the atmosphere and senior leadership. It offers a rich and diverse curriculum with well-resourced classrooms.

The role:
Expectations for the role include; planning and delivering stimulating lessons, utilising the fantastic resources that the school has. We would also want someone to develop new exciting ways to teach the national curriculum and build strong relationships with the children and parents. It is essential that you have the motivation and energy to fit in to the school's bubbly and hardworking environment.

Essential requirements:
• In depth knowledge of the KS1 curriculum
• Extremely high regard for safeguarding
• Experience managing a group is necessary
• To undertake the correct procedures within school grounds
• Carry out a range of Administration duties including; preparing cover work, teaching materials and booklets for class
• Ability to assess different methods of learning
• Carry out weekly progress checks
• Experience managing a department is necessary
