Job Title: Key Stage 2 Class Teacher
Location: Maidstone
Position Overview: We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Key Stage 2 Class Teacher to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences for our Key Stage 2 pupils, fostering a positive and engaging classroom environment, and contributing to the wider community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and challenging lessons that cater to the diverse needs of Key Stage 2 pupils.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all students feel valued, respected, and motivated to learn.
- Use a variety of teaching strategies and resources to support student learning and progress.
- Assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and implement interventions where necessary to support individual needs.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective curriculum plans and teaching strategies.
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues, fostering open communication and a supportive learning community.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Experience teaching Key Stage 2 pupils, preferably in a primary school setting.
- Strong knowledge of the Key Stage 2 curriculum and experience in planning and delivering effective lessons.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
- A passion for education and a commitment to providing high-quality teaching and learning experiences for all students.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and contribute to the wider school community.
