Key Stage 2 Teacher | Teacher of KS2 | Croydon

This Key Stage 2 teacher post offers a fantastic opportunity to join an Ofsted Outstanding school. They are now looking to add to their KS2 teaching team as their current KS2 coordinator has now taking a middle leadership role hence this opportunity has arisen. You will report into the Head Teacher and work closely with all staff to enhance the current curriculum, creating a learning environment that stimulates learning and increases levels of attainment. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to: planning and preparing lessons and resources, marking and assessing pupils work and writing and developing new schemes of work.

With a supportive Senior Leadership team to boast and a forward thinking vision, the School offers fantastic opportunities for continuous professional development and access to leadership opportunities and additional responsibility.

This Key Stage 2 Teacher / Key Stage 2 Coordinator position is offered on a long term basis until the end of the academic year, starting in September 2016 at a salary of £35,000 – 42,000 per annum dependant on experience.

To be successful in this teaching assistant position you will need to:

• Hold a QTS and be an inspirational Key Stage 2 educator.

• Have the desire to take your career to new heights and have experience of Key Stage coordination or be willing and ready to take on new responsibilities.

• Have a DBS in place or willing to get one under application.
