We are working with a popular primary school in Ealing who are looking for an experienced Teaching Assistant who has Team Teach training, to work one to one with pupils with Autism ASAP.

As a SEND support worker you may be required to work one to one or with small groups of pupils supporting in their everyday learning in and out of the classroom. The needs of the children will range from mild Autism and learning difficulties, to social and emotional mental health issues and physical needs.

Successful applicants will;
- Have previous experience supporting children with Autism
- Be Team Teach trained, and also ABA training would be ideal
- Have PECs and Makaton experience
- Be confident creating IEP's
- Be passionate and dedicated to helping those with SEN
- Have excellent communication skills
