Job description
Protocol Education is currently working with a number of primary schools in the Ashford area. We are seeking primary teachers with KS1 focus to cover an ever needed demand on the market. The ideal candidate will hold QTS in Primary Education.
The teacher will be able to plan, organize, and deliver engaging and successful lessons that keep pupils focused in class while enjoying school. The curriculum is broad and balanced so you can create challenging and motivating lesson plans that will keep pupils thinking.
Your excellent classroom management strategies will be robust and flexible, and will be seen as central to the performance of you and your pupils
Candidates should display an ability to inspire pupils through the planning, preparation and delivery of highly stimulating, motivating and well sequenced lessons
You should understand the value of target setting as an aid to raising standards and improving attainment and achievement
You should have an ability to teach and inspire positive learning attitudes
The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria:
• QTS
• Be able to obtain 2 years worth of references.
• DBS on Update Service
• Driving is not an essential but is favourable
• Able to work on last minute calls
• Good classroom management
