Key Stage 1 Teacher | Teacher of KS1 | South Croydon

Are you looking to secure a long term Key stage 1 teacher post for September 2016?

This Key Stage 1 teacher post offers a fantastic opportunity to join an Ofsted Outstanding school. They are now looking to add to their KS1 teaching team due to an existing teachings retirement. You will report into the Head Teacher and work closely with all staff to enhance the current curriculum, creating a learning environment that stimulates learning and increases levels of attainment. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to: planning and preparing lessons and resources, marking and assessing pupils work and writing and developing new schemes of work.

With a supportive Senior Leadership team to boast and a forward thinking vision, the School offers fantastic opportunities for continuous professional development and access to leadership opportunities and additional responsibility.

This Key Stage 1 Teacher offered on a long term basis starting in September 2016 at a daily rate of £130 - 170 dependant on experience. Their may be the chance to commence the role on a permanent basis but this is more likely to be offered after 2 - 3 terms.

To be successful in this teaching assistant position you will need to:

• Hold a QTS and be an inspirational Key Stage 1 educator.

• Be able to hit the ground running and take on a Year 1,2 or 3 class.

• Have a DBS in place or willing to get one under application.
