Job description
This forward-thinking multicultural school are seeking not one, but two intervention teachers to support students in Years 3 and 4 from January 2017.

This large school, based in Berkshire, has an amazing community with extremely friendly and welcoming staff and children. They celebrate all cultures and nationalities; as their school is so diverse it is truly an amazing place to be a part of and contribute to. This school prides themselves on the fact that their children are well-rounded young individuals who are confident, happy, respectful and are keen to learn.

This role will involve in class support as well as leading small groups out of the classroom. The focus will mainly be on the core subjects such as Maths and English to help boost attainment. You will be working with gifted and talented as well as lower ability children to ensure they can access the curriculum and work to their full potential. This is a FULL TIME role.

You will have:

- QTS (or be an OTT)

- high expectations of pupil's achievement and behaviour

- good team skills

- KS1 or KS2 experience

- a commitment and passion for education

- enthusiasm and energy
