Inclusion Support Worker
Protocol Education are working with a school in Brighouse who are after inclusion support workers to support their students aged 5 to 19 with ASC (autism spectrum condition). This is a full-time role with the opportunity to go permanent. The school key principals are:

•Provide opportunities for students to reach their full potential
•Build resilience and confidence
•Teach the students to have a can do' attitude
•Help the students differentiate right from wrong

Responsibilities:
•Support the students in their personal and educational development
•Ensure safe and comfortable environment
•Build rapport with the students
•Work as a team; with other staff as well as the teacher
•Engage with the students outdoor

Requirements:
•Experience working with students with additional needs
•Be versatile and empathetic
•Have good communication and behaviour management
•Enjoy spending time outdoors

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
