Inclusion Support Worker

Protocol Education are working with a school in Bransley who are after inclusion support workers. The students at this school are aged 2 to 19. Many of these students have had an adverse childhood experience and have ASC. This is a temporary role which leads to something permanent, and you will be working with a student on a one-to-one basis. The school has a half-day on Friday's. In this role, you will be working with the students on their social and emotional development. The school focuses on helping the students become the best they can be. The school fosters self-worth while setting high goals for the students to reach great outcomes. The school teaches the students the skills to build resilience and confidence in order to manage the challenges they face in life. The school teaches the students to have a positive mind-set and to approach life with a can do' attitude. The goal is for the students to become meaningful members of society.

Requirements:
• Experience working with students with ASC
• Are nurturing and patient
• Have a passion working with students with additional needs
• Excellent communication skills and behaviour management
• Have an innovative approach to learning
• Ensure a safe and comfortable environment for the students to succeed

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
