Job description
Protocol Education are looking to recruit an Inclusion Officer to work in a Swindon Primary school. This central Swindon school provide a caring, friendly environment for both the children and staff to work in and provides a great opportunity for someone to take the next step in their career.

The role will consist of supporting pupils on a 1 to 1 basis, including mentoring, as well as liaising with parents to provide clear communication from the school to home. You will also be responsible for implementing the school's behaviour policy and monitoring the attendance of students and those who are regularly late.

Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm

This role would suit an LSA who is looking for a next step in their school career, or any person who has an education or childcare background.
