Job description
A Doncaster School that we are working closely with require an Inclusion Manager to start as soon as possible.

The governors are seeking to appoint an Inclusion/Safety Manager for as soon as possible. There is flexibility for accommodating a Part-Time or Full-Time member of staff.

The school is situated close to Doncaster town centre with close links with the A1 and other major motorway routes.


The successful candidate will:
Be an excellent support to parents, staff and pupils
support fully our Catholic ethos, vision and values
demonstrate a passion for supporting vulnerable groups;
possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills with parents and other stakeholders including report writing
be creative in inspiring, nurturing and motivating our children and staff
Prepared to be hardworking and well organised!
be committed to achieving the best outcome for every child
be committed to their own continuing professional development
be prepared to engage actively and fully with the wider life of school and the development of others
have relevant experience in supporting vulnerable pupils;
experience of working with parents and pupils either in a school or children's centre, or similar;
have previous experience with the administration of SEND
trained in Early Help Hub/eCAF and writing PEPs for pupils Looked After
Safeguarding Level 3 desirable
Have experience in administrative/ICT tasks with relevant qualifications
excellent literacy skills
Be confident in speaking in meetings and case conferences
