Job description
Protocol Education is working with a school in Gloucester that are looking to appoint an HR Manager. The HR Manager role is a critical member of the management team and working in identifying strong talent from around the surrounding areas to be part of our successful school environment and develop the internal talent. This individual will be working with the management team in support of their training and development efforts.

Key areas of responsibility;
•Advocates for both the school and the people who work in the school
•A strategic partner with the management team
•An employee sponsor or advocate
•A change mentor
•Organization Development
•Performance Management
•Policy Recommendation
•Salary and Benefits
•Team Building
•Employee Relations

•At least 5 years in HR management and development
•Experience in International Schools is a plus
•Very strong interpersonal skills
•Creative in approaching problem solving
•Ability to work with a very dynamic group of teachers
•Passion for sustainability and the environment
•Fun, pleasant and easy to work with
