Job description
Protocol Education are working with a successful college in Leicestershire that provides an alternative learning curriculum to students with a range of needs and they are seeking experienced Instructors or Trainers to work full time delivering lessons in hospitality/catering/professional cookery as part of their diverse curriculum.

This role would be an immediate start through the agency and would lead to a permanent contract for the right candidate.

The successful candidates will be passionate and dedicated to teaching and passionate about developing life long skills for students with additional needs. You will be a team player with excellent communication skills both written and verbal. Experience embedding Maths, English, E&D and Employability is essential in order to successfully deliver the curriculum.
•A relevant degree or equivalent qualification
•A full or part teaching qualification (PTLLS, DTTLS, PGCE, Cert Ed) or willing to work towards
•Teaching/training or vocational experience in a relevant discipline/subject area and relevant up-to-date knowledge.
•Experience of identifying, developing and sharing innovative and creative teaching resources.
•Experience of working with students with additional learning and physical needs.
•The ability to teach creatively, adapting to the needs of a variety of learners and willing to explore new teaching and learning strategies.
