Job description
Protocol Education are looking to appoint a flexible, dynamic and dedicated person with experience or an interest in working as a Higher Level Teaching Assistant you will also be required to supervise other Teaching Assistants within a Primary School setting.

You will be able to demonstrate a practical hands on approach to teaching. As part of the position you will support the Teacher in all aspects of planning lessons, preparing material and resources and work together with the Teacher to ensure the children receive the most effective support.You will also have the ability to organise, lead and motivate a team. Within this role you may be required to both teach and cover lessons, so experience leading small groups is desirable.

The ideal applicant for this role will have:

- Higher level Teaching Assistant qualification

- Have experience working in a Primary setting in the UK

- Be available to work 5 days per week

- Have a full clean driving licence.
