Job description
Are you a talented, committed and highly-motivated Higher Level LSA? The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate a strong commitment to the aims, values and ethos of work within a SEND Primary School and have a proven track record of delivering excellent service outcomes in a relevant area.

They will be joining a team of committed teachers and support staff, working together to dramatically improve the life chances of students whose previous experience of schooling has, for whatever reasons, not been a wholly positive experience.

The successful candidate will have:
• experience of working with students with special educational needs either in groups or providing targeted individual support.
• Experience with ASD, PMLD and SEMH students
• Team Teach training, or equivalent, is desirable
• Strong literacy & numeracy skills as well as a willingness to be flexible.

All successful candidates will be required to undergo safer recruitment checks including an enhanced DBS disclosure if not already on the Online Update Service.
