HLTA - Whole School Cover & Interventions | Epping | Full Time

Deliver whole-class learning across EYFS to KS2 while leading targeted phonics and maths interventions that drive measurable progress. This HLTA role offers variety, autonomy and the chance to make impact across multiple year groups.

The Role

• Provide PPA cover across the school

• Lead small-group interventions

• Support pupils with additional needs

• Contribute to lesson preparation when required

The Ideal Candidate

• HLTA status or equivalent experience

• Confident leading whole classes

• Strong behaviour management

• Flexible and proactive

Contract Details

• Full time

• Immediate start available

• Competitive daily rate / Scale 5 equivalent

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
