Job description
We are currently recruiting HLTAs with excellent behaviour management for long term and daily positions in Primary schools in the Telford area to start now and for September 2016

The posts will require you to support children, aged 4-11 years in one to one or in groups settings within the class, cover teachers absence and PPA cover. You will need to be flexible, enthusiastic, motivated, have good communication skills and the ability to work with small groups on specific programmes if required.

Experience of working with children in a school setting is required, working with children with special needs would be an advantage as would previous training in Behaviour Management. You will be required to provide up to date relevant references and have or be willing to get a valid DBS.

Please Note we undertake safeguarding checks on all our workers in accordance with the DfE statutory guidance ‘Keeping Children Safe in Education’. If you do not have a valid subscription to the DBS Update Service, we will require you to complete a new DBS application as part of the registration process, at a cost of £44.00.
