Job description
HLTA- Higher Learning Teaching Assistants Needed

We are currently looking for experienced Higher Learning Teaching Assistants to work in some of our lovely schools across the boroughs of Hillingdon, Slough and Hounslow.

Schools are asking for those people who have achieved the HLTA Qualification and or Level 3 Qualification in childcare as well as those with proven classroom based experience within the last 3 years that you can provide references for. Ideally this should include experience managing the class and covering lessons while teachers are out of the classroom and strong experience with raising pupil attainment and supporting children with core subjects.

If you are looking for flexible, part time or full time work close to home and you meet the requirements we would love to hear from you!

In return for your experience and enthusiasm for working with children, you will be offered competitive rates of pay as well as ongoing support and free professional development training. You will be working with a Consultant for the local area you want to work in and who will be focused on finding the right role for you.

We undertake safeguarding checks on all our workers in accordance with the DfE statutory guidance ‘Keeping Children Safe in Education’. As part of these checks, we require a current Enhanced DBS Disclosure for everyone working in schools. If you do not have a valid subscription to the DBS Update Service, we will require you to complete a new DBS application as part of the registration process, at a cost of £44.00.
