Job description
Do you have experience working with children who have English as an Additional Language (EAL)?

Protocol Education are looking for HLTA/Teacher who can teach English as an Additional Language to support children in small groups and on a 1:1 basis. Many of the children you would be working with are new to the country and have limited knowledge of the English language. You will be required to help them understand their lessons and aid their progression and English Language development.

The successful candidate should therefore be able to establish a good supportive relationship with students with learning difficulties, and have the ability to clearly communicate and chart progress is essential.

Applicants must have:
- A minimum of 3 months in a classroom environment in the UK.
- Experience working with children with English as an Additional Language.
- Bilingualism is not essential but would be an advantage.
- A UK DBS or willing to undertake one.
- 2 excellent references.
