This role is ideal for someone passionate about inclusion and making a difference.

Key duties:

• Supporting behaviour management strategies
• Working closely with teaching staff
• Delivering tailored interventions
• Encouraging pupil engagement and progress

You will:

• Be confident handling challenging situations
• Have experience with SEMH or similar needs
• Be adaptable and proactive

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
